The Education Sales Representative will develop business with existing customers and acquire new ones. Responsibilities: - Develop business with existing and new customers.- Work alongside internal colleagues to identify opportunities and support certification program requirements.- Secure new business while maintaining excellent customer service for current customers.- Plan strategies and develop key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling.- Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts determining design opportunities and addressing existing business challenges.- Ensure customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and other value-added services, requiring experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment. Qualifications: - Extensive understanding of training programs and models within the IT distribution industry.- Clear record of customer projects and their current stages.- Ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts and market Arrow offerings, incorporating knowledge of Arrow's key supplier lines.- Ability to promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow. Who You Are: - Excellent communication and Customer Relationship Management skills.- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.- Autonomous and proactive in your work approach.- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
