The Education Sales Representative will develop business with existing customers and acquire new ones.
Responsibilities:
- Develop business with existing and new customers.
- Work alongside internal colleagues to identify opportunities and support certification program requirements.
- Secure new business while maintaining excellent customer service for current customers.
- Plan strategies and develop key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling.
- Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts determining design opportunities and addressing existing business challenges.
- Ensure customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and other value-added services, requiring experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.
Qualifications:
- Extensive understanding of training programs and models within the IT distribution industry.
- Clear record of customer projects and their current stages.
- Ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts and market Arrow offerings, incorporating knowledge of Arrow's key supplier lines.
- Ability to promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.
Who You Are:
- Excellent communication and Customer Relationship Management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Autonomous and proactive in your work approach.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
