All this bold vision means the company culture embraces evolution and change.We are currently looking for a: Director, Specialty LeasingWe are looking for a Director, Specialty Leasing who is highly competitive, a tenacious self-starter, a charismatic communicator, and a growth-minded professional who thrives working with others. This role is focused on common area leasing, local in-line leasing, and perm kiosk leasing. Reporting to the Vice President of Specialty Leasing, the ideal candidate will possess financial acumen, have excellent communication skills, and be at the forefront of market trends to lease and create a first-class shopping experience at landmark shopping destinations in the New York and New Jersey markets.ResponsibilitiesMeet and exceed revenue goals for assigned properties.Create, maintain, and drive revenue growth for two robust multi-million dollar specialty leasing programs.Own the full cycle sales process including prospecting new leads, navigating the C-suite, negotiating, handling, and executing contracts.Manage existing client needs and lead the growth to secure a high percentage of renewal business.Develop deep and comprehensive market understanding and competitive analysis.Leverage strategic relationships and experience to sell across multiple shopping centers.Confidently promote the advantages Westfield can offer a brand as an owner and operator of our assets.Favorably negotiate and execute leases with retailers to achieve center leasing budget.Execute a center-specific merchandising strategy that supports local business development.Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines.Maintain financial budget and forecast reports.Travel to assigned centers and become an expert in local markets.What we are looking forMinimum of five to seven years' experience in a high-volume sales-oriented position or organization.Solid relationship building and intermediate/advanced negotiation skills.Knowledge of basic accounting principles including budgeting & forecasting.Strong written and oral presentation skills.Four-year college degree.Computer skills include Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce.CompensationExempt: $140,000 – $180,000 + Discretionary Annual BonusWhat Is Important To UsUnibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) is driven by an entrepreneurial foundation of talented and ambitious employees who embrace change, strive for innovation, and know when to venture into uncharted terrain.
