Join our HR team in Spain as Senior HR Consultant.
What You Will DoProvide guidance and support on all HR operational topics related to the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff on employee relations.Offer legal advice on employment agreements, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary matters, and represent the company in court proceedings when necessary.Monitor updates to local labor laws and SIX regulations, ensuring timely adjustments to local HR policies and verifying compliance with the latest standards.Manage relationships with unions, acting as a point of contact for union representatives, handling collective bargaining processes, negotiating agreements, resolving disputes, and ensuring adherence to union agreements.Lead HR initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement, and organizational change management.Collaborate with HR teams at both local and global levels, contributing to their projects and building effective relationships with unions.What You BringBachelor's or Master's degree in Labor Law, Human Resources or a related field.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR consulting or personnel management, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.Extensive knowledge of Spanish labor laws, regulations, and employment standards.Proven experience managing union relationships, including collective bargaining and conflict resolution.Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.Fluency in English and Spanish; any other language is a plus.If you have any questions, please call German Lopez Arranz at +34 91 709 5771.
