As a Quality & Deployment Consultant, you will ensure the needs of the business are met within the platform.
Working with internal or external stakeholders to define platform requirements to push industry-leading technologies further, you will review processes and platform functionality as a single solution.
This role is vital to our growing capabilities in automation and overseeing the deployment of industry-first solutions.
The Quality and Deployment Consultant is responsible for ensuring the implementation organization is fully equipped to implement products or solutions with a high degree of satisfaction.
This position requires working closely with other departments around the business to ensure the readiness of the solutions that need to be implemented, such as Connectivity, Earned Wage Access, Treasury, Payroll, and other service teams.
Preparing the entry of innovative solutions to the implementation teams will also require assessing the appropriate processes, documentation, and training prior to exposing such solutions to customers.
Daily Duties and Main ResponsibilitiesControl readiness of solutions (testing, documentation, training) prior to the commitment to get them implemented by the implementation team.Represent the implementation team on the design and functionality of any new initiative within CloudPay.Ensure customer experience is outstanding by conducting surveys, identifying areas of improvement, creating quality plans, and working with the process design team to implement initiatives.Work closely with the Process Improvement Team to continuously improve the delivery of new solutions to the internal team and our customers.Collaborate with the Product & L&D teams around new functionality releases to ensure the required materials/documentation and training are available and delivered ahead of product launches.Project manage the rollout of new products across the user base.
