The ideal candidate will have extensive prior experience in operations along with an independent and knowledgeable approach towards structuring operations.What you will do:Evolve and structure operationsLead the Client Care team with a focus on customer loyalty and customer satisfactionDefine quality standards for the product and servicesManage incidents, crises, and escalationsManage and control the transaction flows end-to-endClient onboarding and KYC managementRisk and transactional fraud managementManage the reporting system and coordinate overall integrity and timingCoordinate with external parties as well as key internal stakeholdersDefine optimal integration with related internal systems, apps, and other sources used for reports generationLine manage the teamEnsure high levels of engagement and motivationDrive recruitment for appropriate levels of skills, expertise, and attitudeRelevant prior experience:Identifying and contacting new prospective clientsExperience working within a Payments organizationManaging large operations teams within large multinational organizationsExperience managing and/or supporting Risk and Treasury Function (including treasury accounting, FX, liquidity, cash flow, and various financial instruments) is an additional advantageYou bring to the table:Strong understanding of the payments and travel industry (preferable)Ability to foresee business opportunities in the payments industryThink globally and can anticipate future industry and organization changesCreate engagement toward results, work across boundaries, align organization for strategic implementationsFluent in English and SpanishCompetitive package + fantastic company culture!Interested?
