Your job?As a product manager within MS Digital team in Sanofi, you'll be responsible for creating experiences that delight our users and build technology products that can be scaled across MS.Technology Products are digital/data platforms, services, and frameworks that provide solution teams with the capabilities they need to deliver digital/data solutions to various needs with Manufacturing Supply teams in Sanofi.These technology products include a modern data platform using best-in-class AI/GenAI models, along with digital capabilities in the domains of API, Events micro-services.If you are a technical product manager or a software engineer looking to transition to product management, this is the right role for you.We are an innovative global healthcare company with one purpose: to chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives.We're also a company where you can flourish and grow your career, with countless opportunities to explore, make connections with people, and stretch the limits of what you thought was possible.
Ready to get started?Key Responsibilities:Manage build of cutting-edge AI/Generative AI enabled products across the product lifecycle by working closely with both internal and external partners.Engage with engineering and architecture teams across MS Digital and MS Business units at Sanofi to gather and prioritize product features.Research and maintain expert knowledge on data science, AI, and how data is operated like a product in other large enterprises.Collaborate with Product Line Manager to define the data and digital products strategy and roadmap.Deliver a product backlog with well-defined and prioritized product features with corresponding justification.Work with development teams by orchestrating their work through JIRA tickets and help manage development backlog.Develop the core positioning and messaging for the data product.About You:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.Essential to possess a problem-solving mindset and proven experience of thriving in uncertainty.Proven ability to navigate and succeed in complex process-oriented organizations.Strong understanding of AI technologies including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, generative AI, and reinforcement learning.Track record of deploying AI technologies to identified high-priority business needs.Great attention to detail and ability to remain focused amidst multiple requests.Preferred Qualification:3 to 7 years of experience in high-tech start-up or consulting.Track record in conducting user interviews and uncovering the root cause of pains.Experience working with development teams to orchestrate their work through tools such as JIRA and Confluence.Why choose us?Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.
