THE JOB This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leadership team, which will take Mars Petcare into its next phase of growth, innovation and connection with pet parents. As VP of Digital Product for Marketing & Personalisation within this global, multi-billion, multi-industry organization, this leader will be critical in ensuring the development of an industry-leading marketing technology stack at Mars Petcare, which will impact Mars Incorporated as a whole. They will partner with business and technology & data leaders across Mars to ensure an outcome-based digital product development approach in solving the most opportune challenges for pet parents and the business alike. Being part of the most senior level of digital product management within Mars Petcare, they will orchestrate and lead the definition and anchoring of the product craft so that it maximizes value creation towards our strategic ambitions. This role is critical to the success of our product organization and divisions to align on outcomes and priorities, develop roadmaps, deliver on product rollouts and strategic partnership with our divisions to ensure maximum value creation for the consumer and the business
