The question is: are you ready to change the world with us?We're looking for a Head of Culture and Internal Communications who will set up the whole Internal Communications Strategy and Culture change in order to improve employee engagement and to ensure our Wallboxers are well-informed across the whole Company.Responsibilities:Lead People initiatives and programs that showcase and cultivate our values and culture by embedding Wallbox's mission and values into all aspects of the employee experience.Ensure that Employees are living the values and a great culture; shape people practices and policies to drive an aspirational culture; lead the culture surveyimplementation and action planning; ensure a healthy and engaging flexible environment.Partner closely with the rest of the People team, Culture Committees and managers to implement an innovative culture rooted in a comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion program.Create and manage Internal Communication strategies and communication plans to support company-wide initiatives and launches.Set in Wallbox values and culture into all your Internal Communications activities across the Company to drive positive cultural change and to gain maximum employee engagement.Provide communications support to embed the vision, purpose, values, and strategy model across the global organization.Develop and execute a content plan that adds value and deepens Wallboxers' understanding of our purpose and our strategic priorities.Provide internal communications counsel and guidance to key stakeholders.Provide oversight, management, and content for key weekly, monthly and quarterly virtual meetings helping to shape the agenda, prepare materials and share outputs.Requirements:+5 years experience working in Culture and Internal Communications
