Our Advanced Suspension Technologies Business is looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Ermua, Spain.What will you doEnsure a high level of integration and collaboration with the plants and Launch Managers in their program.Drive to meet customer targets.Verify the CARs and Business Cases are reasonable and achievable.Ensure effective and timely scope management with emphasis on customer scope changes and execute the Scope Change process and approval.Manage program trade-off analysis - balancing cost, time, product, and resources.Take an active "go and verify" approach to the program by personally visiting the plants and suppliers at appropriate intervals.Identify program risks early, develop and execute mitigation strategies, escalate risk to the leadership team, and execute the Red Flag process.Communicate to the customer (timing, program status, change management).What will make you successfulMaster's degree (preferable in mechanical or electromechanical engineering).PMP/ PMI certification is preferred.Experience in key functional areas: Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality or Purchasing.Knowledge of production, supply chain, logistics processes.Working knowledge of APQP/ PPAP process.Ability to lead, motivate and drive a cross-functional team.Fluency in English and Spanish required; German language is preferred.Ability to travel.What we offer?We want to make you feel welcomed, challenged, and inspired and so we've made sure to carefully put together a blend of benefits meant to share our drive for better technologies and cleaner air, to ensure your personal and professional growth and also your integration in a pleasant day-to-day working environment.Who are we?We are a global manufacturer of shock absorbers operating under the Tenneco, Monroe Intelligent Suspension, and Ohlins brands.
