Lead the full compliance with all Company policies and procedures.• Provides daily guidance and direction in EHS programs at the employee, supervisor and department responsible level to ensure a common and effective approach.• Reviews any EHS´s incident which occur in the area of responsibility and conduct field audits, reporting and managing the corrective actions.• Ensures that contractor personnel working on the Plant are in compliance with Company policies and safety requirements.• Provides advice, assist, and audit line management to ensure that effective EHS is implemented and working.• Reports and maintains filing systems regarding EHS• Performs and contributes to the training programs for the Operation.• Ensures inspections by regulatory agencies are coordinated and deficiencies minimized and corrected.
