YOUR ROLE:Represents the region in Headquarter General Accounting (GA) committeesOrganizes and facilitates communication across regional GA communityTogether with Regional and Local Finance Heads drives best organizational structure and ensures desired level of supportActs as business partner to regional BU controllersTracks external closing developmentOversees regional external closing and reporting in due time and quality based on current and effective closing proceduresEnhances cooperation and further development of GA processesEnsures proper communication with local organizations to follow Henkel Accounting GuidelinesEnsures alignment with local organizations and SSC to implement and execute accounting related internal controlsYOUR SKILLS:BS/BA in Accounting or relatedAt least 5 years of experience in General accounting and Processing costTeam worker, excellent communication skills, strategic thinkingIntermediate English levelKnowledge in SAP and MS Office advanced, PowerBI a plusJOB ID: 21018832
