What is the role?Conducting visual and dimensional inspections and quality checks on mechanical parts, CFRPs, assemblies and/or final products both in receiving and in-house operationsPerforming NDT and material testing operationsUpdating material statuses in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) in accordance with the inspections performedRecording the measurement data, establishing the required quality recordsReporting the non-conformances, supporting the root causes analysis efforts and implementing the corrective/preventive actions in production, assembly and throughout the supply chainDrafting timely and accurate reports on the outstanding issues related to the inspected parts, subsystems and assembliesPreparing and reviewing inspection sheets and proceduresReviewing hardware configurations and reporting on discrepanciesMaintaining the scrap management process aligned with the internal proceduresMonitoring the production and storage environments to ensure safety and quality assurance standards are metContributing to process improvement efforts within the companyRequirementsWhat will you need to be successful in this role? At least 2 years of experience in a similar/related positionRelevant qualifications, e.g. college degree/diploma in mechanical, quality assurance, or manufacturingExperience with mechanical and assembly inspectionsExperience with CFRP structures and related manufacturing processesQuality mindsetGood written and spoken English communication skills.Strong commitment to quality-oriented manufacturing.BenefitsWhat do we offer?
