.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced business development professional to be part of a successful, forward-thinking company in the Malaga region of Spain looking to succeed and expand their potential.You will have a proven B2B solution-selling track record selling to medium and enterprise customers, multi-site and international organisations.You will have solid experience and be comfortable dealing with senior executives and decision makers of companies or presenting to a board room environment.To be successful in this role, you will be a target-driven sales professional with the ability to detect, drive and deliver new opportunities to the company and be able to naturally demonstrate determination and motivation when negotiating and building rapport with internal and external contacts.Your role will involve uncovering and acquiring new business from medium to large corporate customers from all sectors, not just hospitality (HORECA), work with existing colleagues in developing sales of additional products within our existing customer base and explore and capitalise on enquiries that come via marketing / electronic / web-based initiatives.TasksWork closely with colleagues and prospects to identify business opportunities.Increase the number of new clients and work towards a target of delivering new monthly margin.Obtain referrals from your new client base to win new clients.Become the main point of contact for your new client base by developing a position of trust and confidence.Manage the CRM element of the client engagement, building and reporting on the sales pipeline.Report initially and directly to the CEO on the successes and results of the engagement / pipeline and activity on a weekly basis.Build a pipeline for success.Update the data held within both the billing and CRM systems regarding the current contact and communication preference details for each client.Become the Product Champion for new products and services extending the sales portfolio.Keep up to date with our own and supplier terms and product offerings, using that knowledge as a prospecting tool within your client base.Daily engagement with the Support Team and Finance Team to deliver the best technical service to the clients whilst measuring profitability by using commercial acumen.Prospecting by self-driven lead generation activities.Develop customer enquiries and convert to new business sales.Attend industry relevant shows (several weekends potentially away from home a year are required).To promote and demonstrate our new and emerging services and solutions including our vending services as they launch and develop.Work with existing and new prospects to detect and close opportunities professionally and effectively.RequirementsProven B2B solution selling track record of providing solutions to SMEs, corporate companies, multi-site companies and international organisations.Proven track record of growing new business revenues within existing and new opportunities
