Group Data Privacy Operations, PM, Audits & Metrics ManagerVerisure is seeking a talented, dynamic and resourceful Group Data Privacy Operations, PM, Audits & Metrics Manager with experience in privacy process, project- and people management to be part of a passionate team enabling sustainable business growth.The role will be a part of our fast-growing Legal team and will report to our Group Head of Privacy Chief Privacy Officer. This role will have high exposure, as an important team player in a dynamic group privacy team and will be expected to have immediate impact.You will partner in identifying actionable solutions for privacy operation management across platforms, ensuring standardization, quality, efficiency and governance and metric / KPI reporting of key privacy processes and audit activities, against the backdrop of an evolving (EU) regulatory landscape.The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, agile, international, and entrepreneurial business environment and will be a key player and work closely with the teams across our Company. The role offers an opportunity to develop as the business evolves and it is an exciting opportunity to deliver value from day one through innovative and leading-edge legal thinking in building trust with key stakeholders for sustainable business growth.ResponsibilitiesManagement of 1-2 privacy professionals.Maintains process controls, overview and tracking of metrics of key privacy processes across platforms (OneTrust, Jira, Jaeggar).Ensures (D)PIAs are conducted in a timely manner and assists in follow-up and quality review where desired.Ensures Records of Processing Activities are conducted structurally and kept up to date across Group, Clusters and Countries.Ensures DSRs are handled following a baseline standard and in a timely and compliant manner.Ensures privacy contract matters are followed-up on in a timely manner and undergo the due diligence process and standard contract templates, where required and signed contracts are centrally stored.Conducts project management for key Group privacy workstreams and projects, producing project status reports and metrics and reports.Coordinates Country Privacy Audits liaising with external partners.Prepares and reviews Audit compliance reports and other reporting requirements.Professionalizes digital metric gathering in OneTrust, with use of Power BI and collaborating with various stakeholders across the countries.Liaises with Clusters, countries and key business functions on key initiatives and implements / drafts standards for key processes.Support of Arlo business.Candidate ProfileQualifications, Experiences, and CompetenciesCandidates must be qualified lawyers with a demonstrable knowledge, experience and interest in privacy and in people, being a great team player.He / she will have exceptional analytical and communication skills together with a pragmatic and resilient approach.In terms of experience, the ideal candidate will have:Experience gained in a global and fast-paced organization.Excellent awareness of and interest in developing law in the EU.Understanding of, and participation in, strategic projects involving data processing activity.A successful track record of providing commercial and strategic advice and guidance to middle and senior management.Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP / E) qualification or equivalent.Experience from a major law firm or a business with a strong international footprint.6 years of professional (legal) experience or more - potential for development, appetite to be challenged and energy to learn is key!Company OverviewVerisure is the leading European provider of professionally monitored security systems with 24/7 response services.
