ESSP, a private company with 7 major European Air Navigation Service Providers as shareholders, manages the operation and supports the adoption of the European Satellite Based Augmentation System to GPS: EGNOS. The adoption of this service is rapidly growing given it allows correcting the GPS signal and offers enhanced features with accurate positioning and integrity within safety-of-life services context such as public transportation.
ESSP recruits a HR ASSISTANT - (F/M). If you are rigorous and organized with a good level of English and proficiency in Human Resources administrative management and payroll with 2 years of experience, then this position is for you!
By joining us, you will contribute to the management of HR topics of the company by providing support to the HR team for activities related to the administrative management of the company's personnel, in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
Your main responsibilities/activities will be:HR Management:Manage personnel files (hiring/departure, medical check-ups, health insurance, etc.)Follow-up of administrative files and agreements/contracts with schoolsManage the welcome process for newcomers and its updatesMonitor working time, absences, and associated reportingUpdate of personnel filesMake sure statutory obligations, company and labour agreements are appliedPayroll:Calculate variable items (bonuses, tickets restaurants, etc.)Provide and control variables items: absences, variables items, social security allowance, life insurance, saving plan contribution, etc.Ensure consistency between the absence management tool and timesheetsControl payslips and final settlementsTraining:Organize training actions; administrative follow-up of training files (registrations, agreements, attendance, training evaluation follow-up, etc.)Interface with training organizationsEnsure the financial monitoring of the training planUpdate training catalogueRecruitment:Manage interface with local agencies and contribute to the development of partnershipsOthers:Produce and monitor the monthly reporting tablesPrepare necessary presentations for the activity follow-upUpdate the company's Intranet with HR information/communicationsMay provide support for Health & Safety actionsProvide support to various HR development projects and department activitiesPROFILE:Discretion and ability to keep information confidentialInterpersonal skillsStrong analytical and summarising abilitiesAvailable and ready to listenRigour and organizationGood knowledge of labour lawGood knowledge of payroll regulationsGood MS Office suite skills (especially on Excel)JOB REQUIREMENTS:Language: English (B2) and Spanish (bilingual - C1/C2) - CEFRMinimum presence required during payroll periodsAvailable for occasional travels, especially to ToulouseHR Administration diploma (2 years of higher education)Human Resources information:1st interview is held by the direct manager of the position you applied for (technical interview)2nd interview is held by HR departmentElement of package of remuneration:Variable: bonuses based on objectivesTeleworking: up to 3 days/weekHealth insurance, Life InsuranceSaving planTickets RestaurantSustainable Mobility Package: Home/Office travels reimbursement if car sharing or bicycling29 holidays (for full time year)Job Location:Madrid (Spain)
