We are looking for a Yield Analyst (Temp) to support the Yield & Analytics team, responsible for the yield operation field for our core business.
We are a global premium publisher with 25 years of history, providing quality software & apps download services across multiple languages, and expanding through white labels (Filehippo, Digital Trend), M&A (Ghacks), and a Publisher network (rev.Amp) among other partnerships.
As our new Yield Analyst, you will oversee revenue progression, provide yield insights on Core Business, and guide various teams (Sales, Marketing, Adtech, Product, Traffic, etc.)
in making data-driven decisions to optimize revenue sustainably.
Key responsibilities : Oversee and analyze day-to-day yield performance of revenue lines, providing insights on fluctuations, alerts when needed, and recommending a clear plan of action.
Work closely with Sales, Ad operations, and Marketing teams to implement, adjust, and optimize robust pricing and yielding strategies to improve VoV and RPM.
Act as a bridge between Sales and AdOps teams, empowering sales with insights on market fluctuations, opportunities, and inventory availability.
Optimize global inventory through various demand channels, pricing models, deal packages, and auction dynamics.
Provide revenue forecasting data based on direct sales forecasts and indirect market trends.
Minimum experience and qualifications : At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in digital marketing/monetization.
Knowledge of the online advertising ecosystem.
Experience working with BI platforms like Tableau, Qlikview, and advanced skills in Google Analytics.
Experience building analytical models and working with structured and unstructured data sets to drive business decisions.
Basic understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and accounting principles is preferred.
Excellent communication and project management skills with strong business acumen.
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
High level of motivation, determination, and commitment.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English is required.
