Our client, an important international IT consultancy firm, is looking for Support Consultants (SuccessFactors).Main Functions:Process customer requests in accordance with Support procedures and in compliance with service quality standards.Analyze the problems and find the best solution for the client.Formalize written answers, possibly accompanied by telephone explanations.Support the activities of the project teams to continue to improve your skills and participate in the growth of the company.Participate in the life of our company and be a driving force of our culture of customer satisfaction, self-help, and willingness to progress.Profile:Higher education in Computer Science or in Human Resources.At least a first experience working in an HRIS environment.A desire to accelerate your career by integrating the world of cloud and a forward-looking business.Good communicator and motivated to join us.Fluent in French and English.As part of your integration, you will benefit from training and certification to quickly integrate international projects.
