The Building Places division of AECOM is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager for immediate employment in our Madrid office.Job Duties- Lead Project Management role, taking responsibility for successful delivery of the projects.- Provide full Project Management duties to AECOM clients.- Client oriented.
Previous experience in consultancy firms with PM role.- Provide effective support and mentoring to Project Managers, Graduates, and Apprentices.- Ensure all phases are managed and completed efficiently, on time and to the client's satisfaction.- Cost control of the project and Change Orders management.- Provide experience with different types of contracts.- Develop strong reciprocal relationships with clients and members of the project team.
