What is the role?
Conducting visual and dimensional inspections and quality checks on mechanical parts, CFRPs, assemblies, and/or final products both in receiving and in-house operations. Performing NDT and material testing operations. Updating material statuses in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) in accordance with the inspections performed. Recording the measurement data, establishing the required quality records. Reporting the non-conformances, supporting the root causes analysis efforts, and implementing the corrective/preventive actions in production, assembly, and throughout the supply chain. Drafting timely and accurate reports on the outstanding issues related to the inspected parts, subsystems, and assemblies. Preparing and reviewing inspection sheets and procedures. Reviewing hardware configurations and reporting on discrepancies. Maintaining the scrap management process aligned with the internal procedures.
