Qa Specialist

Job Responsibilities Assures quality product and processes by establishing and enforcing quality standards, testing materials and products. Sets up the general requirements for quality assurance specifications and standards for materials, processes, as well as finished products. Maintains quality products by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures in collaboration with other members of the company. Responsible for the physiochemical and sensory analyses of raw materials, packaging materials, and other materials. Ensures that the quality of the materials conforms to the specifications. Responsible for microbiological analysis of materials, finished products, equipment, personnel, and others. Monitors environmental compliance in microbial requirements. Monitors the compliance of the organization to quality, regulatory, and statutory requirements such as GMP, SSOP, HACCP, etc. Evaluates all returns, near expiry, and expired products. Job Qualifications: Preferably a graduate of Chemistry or a related course. Knowledge of GMP, SOP, HACCP, sanitation, chemical safety, and pest control. HACCP certification is a must. Must be adaptable and flexible in work schedule. Assertive, high-energy person. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Excellent planning, record-keeping, and documentation skills. High sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to handle multiple priorities to meet company demands. Willing to be assigned at Southwood Carmona. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
