DZS delivers the Ultimate Subscriber Experience to 70M+ Homes/Businesses with 400+ Active Customers in 70+ Countries. We are looking for a QA Manager to lead the QA of our DZS Cloud products. As QA Manager, you will be both developing and implementing new test cases as well as building and managing a team of Manual and Automation test engineers.
Reporting to VP Software Development (R&D), the QA Manager is responsible for planning, development and implementation of QA strategies and methods to ensure the quality of new releases of DZS's Cloud products.
Main Responsibilities and DutiesManage a team of 2-3 test engineers for automation and manual testing.Define and implement test strategies, plans and test cases for new and existing features of the products.Establish and maintain existing and new test automation frameworks and automate new test cases.Work closely with other functional teams, especially with the development team and the product managers to ensure alignment of requirements specifications and expectations.Monitor and report on test results defects and issues with clarity and accuracy.Skills10+ years of experience in software testing.3+ years of experience leading teams.Knowledge of Python or equivalent for automation and scripting.Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium.Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proficient in both English and Spanish.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Pay: From 80,000.00€ per year
