Maybe our paths are fated to be but one.**The Role & Responsibilities**We are looking for a Performance Engineer with strong QA notions. Among others, your responsibilities in the team would be:- Design, implement, and maintain performance, load and stress tests.- Work as part of QA Engineering teams with a focus on test automation.- Define performance, load and stress testing strategies.- Define QA metrics and reports that will be used to determine & communicate testing results.- Work closely with product owners and team delivery leads to assist in release test automation.- Take the initiative sharing performance testing knowledge across the company running workshops.- Collaborate actively in Scrum ceremonies, giving continuous feedback to the team.**Technical requirements**- Master's degree, IT High School title or a related technical field & 3+ years' experience in test automation or software development.- Experience designing & executing automation test plans.- Extensive experience in Performance Testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, LoadNinja or others.- Experience with different aspects of performance Testing like Load testing, Stress testing, Spike testing etc.- Good knowledge on server side including concepts like JVM, threads, CPU and Memory.- Ability to identify bottlenecks and track performance of a system across releases.- Experience testing REST / event-driven web services in a microservices architecture.- Experience with git version control system.- Able to communicate in English (Upper-Intermediate level required in writing).**Additional Information**Maybe you will appreciate this information:- Part of Sportradar MSS Engineering (team of ~200).**We also offer**- Continuous learning program with technical internals sessions for continuous improvement.- Access to our online e-learning platform.Additional Information- Sportradar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
