Your main responsibilities will be: Define and document the test strategy, including functional, non-regression, automated, acceptance, and end-to-end performance test plans. Define and execute test cases. Monitor and manage the overall progress of tests and communicate their status. Apply effective quality assurance processes, managing all outcomes, risks, and issues. Develop an end-to-end integrated functional test plan. Develop a user acceptance test plan for the release. Develop a performance test plan and support the creation of performance test scripts. Skills that will help you to succeed: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Good understanding of the banking industry. Experience in test automation frameworks. Agile methodologies. At least B2 level of English, written and spoken. Soft skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication skills, favoring dynamics that allow the flow of knowledge, with an interest in both learning and teaching. Proactivity in the search for new solutions and improvements. Teamwork. Motivated and willing to learn and develop oneself. Tech skills: Experience programming automated frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, Appium, Protractor, Jasmine, or other related automated frameworks based on node.js or JavaScript technologies. Experience working with JavaScript-related platforms such as Angular or React. Fluent in HTML5/CSS3. Good understanding of JUnit, Serenity, Cucumber, Mockito, or other Java-based automated testing frameworks. Experience with Postman. Good understanding of Java and API programming (endpoints). Good understanding of CI/CD processes. Deployment technologies such as versioning tools (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket). Continuous integration experience including automated testing setup. Project tracking and documentation (Atlassian Jira/Confluence). Analysis of monitoring and logging systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Elasticsearch to ensure the quality of applications/root cause analysis detection. Our offer: Competitive salary.
