For the B. Braun New Ventures Team in Freiburg we are searching for a QA Engineer – Cloud Applications.
Duties and responsibilities You define and perform software tests of various cloud services - accompanying projects from conception to launch You define test strategies for cloud services You are responsible for managing test infrastructure and execution You discover and formulate test specifications based on product requirements as well as on normative and regulatory requirements You perform systematic testing as well as load and penetration testing Develop methods and tools for structured and efficient testing - including test automation Write test plans and test reports as part of the technical documentation You work in an interdisciplinary project team that implements the project using SCRUM You take broad responsibility for the verification and validation process and significantly contribute to the progress of projects Professional competencies You have a strong technical background with cloud solutions You have experience in statistical methods and tools for verification Knowledge of risk management for medical devices is a plus You are passionate about testing You set high standards for quality at the same time enjoy finishing tasks on time You are a hands-on doer, a self-starter, a strong team player and a continuous learner Fluent in English, fluent in German would be a plus Enthusiasm for high-tech medical products rounds up your profile Personal competencies You are proactive, results-oriented personality with strong problem-solving skills Your work ethic is collaborative; you thrive in multidisciplinary teams as well as virtual environments while fostering mutual support You are self-motivated with a hands-on mentality You possess a passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and grow You stay productive and capable of acting even in critical situations You communicate clearly and responsibly in English.
