About the role Are you passionate about Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technologies and want to be part of the exciting solutions we are creating and delivering on the innovation market? We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our international SaaS development Scrum teams as a Project Test Engineer and to be one of the "guardians" of the Simcenter Products Quality.
The ideal candidate is passionate about exploratory testing, has a keen eye for user experience, and excels at identifying edge cases, as well as possesses a strong expertise in developing and maintaining automation frameworks, ensuring robust regression testing to support the high-quality and timely delivery of SaaS applications.
Proactive and solution-oriented, you thrive in dynamic, multicultural, and dispersed teams. You will play a key role in contributing to the success of our solutions by:
Designing and performing comprehensive, customer-focused test scenarios to guarantee the quality and reliability of our SaaS products.Developing and integrating end-to-end automated tests within the continuous integration and delivery cycle.Analyzing test results to identify defects and performance issues, writing clear and concise documentation for test processes and results.Keeping up to date with industry trends and advancements in software testing and test automation.Your qualifications We would like to hear from you if you have an engineering or computer science degree, or equivalent, and have successful experience in manual and automated testing, preferably related to SaaS solutions.
You should have:
A strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, including non-functional testing tools.Proficiency in using test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium) to design and implement automated test cases for functional and integration testing.A good understanding of version control systems (preferably Git), and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with API testing tools (like Postman) and overall knowledge about cloud platforms (such as Amazon Web Services) is an advantage.Thanks to your enthusiasm, excellent English language skills, and autonomy, you build positive relationships with your interlocutors and easily integrate into a role in an international and multicultural context.
