This is our role QA Automation Engineer for those who want to turn ideas into reality using test scripts, automation, and maybe a little magic.Tasks in the roleMaintain existing autotests and write new ones, including those based on the implemented functionality (UI and API)Take part in improving the test framework and test pipelineEngage in manual testing of UI and API (including research testing)Track the quality of the released product at all stages of the software lifecycleEngage in the analysis and formalization of development requirements together with the team, product owner, and UI/UX specialistsActively interact with developers and testers on the team to form a technical strategy and improve the quality of development and testing processesRequirementsWho we are looking forAt least two years of experience in Java AutomationUnderstanding of OOP principles and knowledge of Design PatternsGood knowledge of Java + SelenideKnowledge of one of the TestNG/JUnit frameworksUI and API testing experienceUnderstanding of web stack and client-server applications, including knowledge of HTTP, RESTful APIs, and browser debugging tools.Experience in deploying or improving a test framework, good understanding of test framework architectureExperience with continuous integration systems (Gitlab CI/Teamcity/Jenkins)Experience with bug trackers (Jira)Good knowledge of testing theory and understanding of the software lifecycleExperience with databasesBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript due to domain specificsBasic understanding of containerization and Docker in particularEnglish language B1+Not required, but a plusExperience in automation on JavaScript/TypeScript and JestExperience in a11y testing and a11y test automation (e.G.
