Your role: You will be developing high performance products that are permanently validated by the team and the client. You'll either manage end-to-end projects or parts of them.
Personal requirements: Common sense to develop optimal solutions that really solve problems in the most efficient way possible for the user.

The recruitment process consists of 2 parts:
A 1h 30m long test that can be done remotely.
Interview (in person or remotely) with managers and/or someone on the team.
