What are we looking for? For our team specialized, we are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with experience in C# and Specflow, Selenium to be part of a team working closely with one of our main clients.
This position can be performed 100% remote from any location in Spain.
Main ResponsibilitiesWork in a team that is responsible for developing and testing existing and new features to the product suite following an Agile methodology, delivering value to users.Actively participate in the refinement of user stories before sprints to identify the testing scenarios, so that it can flow naturally into the feature-files for automation.Collaborate with developers to identify which scenarios are best covered by unit tests and decoupled tests versus what should be implemented into the integrated test framework.Contribute test scenarios into the test repositories into relevant feature files and submit for Pull Requests, ensuring adherence to the declarative BDD standards set by our QA team.Automate accepted scenarios using our established C# based framework that uses SpecFlow, alongside Selenium for UI automation, and RestSharp for API automation.Ensure successful execution of the automated tests in team environments and higher-level environments of QA, Staging, and Production.Support the wider QA team in getting a deployment out, including ensuring test automation has executed and supporting manual testing activities where needed.Work with other Senior QA Engineers to implement new best practices, design patterns, and technologies.What UST expects from you?Ability to translate requirements into test scenarios using BDD / Gherkin syntax in a declarative format.Strong written English skills to write high-quality scenarios.Experience in driving quality as part of a Scrum team and wider communities.Significant automation testing experience using C# and Specflow.Experience with good development practices (repository management tools (git), versioning, clean code, package management).Test execution and reporting (manual and automated).Selenium experience.Using source-control tools such as git.Stakeholder Management Testing across multiple browsers/devices.Strong written and presentational skills.Valuable and desirable: being entitled to a Disability Certificate (at least 33% score).What can we offer?23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!Numerous benefits (Health Care Plan, Internet Connectivity, Life and Accident Insurances).'Retribución Flexible' Program: (Meals, Kinder Garden, Transport, online English lessons, Health Care Plan).Free access to several training platforms.Professional stability and career plans.Compensation for referrals from which you could benefit when you refer professionals.Option to pick between 12 or 14 payments along the year.Real Work-Life Balance measures (flexibility, WFH or remote work policy, compacted hours during summertime).UST Club Platform discounts and gym access discounts.Work from home.UST is waiting for you!
