Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests to ensure the quality of our products and services.Manage and execute non-functional tests such as load testing, penetration testing, and UI testing.Analyze business requirements and user stories to develop test cases.Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and performance testing.Identify, isolate, and document defects.Evaluate test results and work with developers and other stakeholders to resolve issues.Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.Track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.Requirements5+ years of proven experience as a QA Analyst.3+ years of ERP experience, mainly AX/D365 or other ERP (e.g., NAV, SAP).Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.Familiarity with SQL and scripting.Strong knowledge of software development life cycle.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
