Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will apply your extensive knowledge in strategy, planning, and media campaigns across all channels. In return, the agency will offer training opportunities to support your professional development, including coaching by senior leaders.
Responsibilities:
• Establish a direct relationship with the client's marketing team.
• Develop an overall strategy and media rationales.
• Set an optimal application of strategic lines.
• Coordinate global levels of all brand product series.
• Collaborate with the Planning Unit for media campaign development and purchase.
• Estimate needs and characteristics required for defined objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate objectives.
• Handle budgetary control of your brands and coordinate/approve billing.
• Suggest proposals for improvement.
• Manage all market sources.
• Contact media.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Economics, or 4-5 years of experience managing clients.
• At least 3 years of experience as a planner or manager, preferably in international accounts.
• Multimedia capacity, high media planning knowledge, with a focus on the digital environment.
• Proficiency in English (B2 or more). This will be assessed at the interview by The Talent Team.
• Good communication skills; dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
• Strong strategic skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Good knowledge and use of media planning tools such as InstarAnalytics, TOM Micro/Galileo, etc.
• Previous experience as an Account Manager in Media Agencies for at least 2 years.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Steadfastly pushes self and others for results.
• Open to new ideas and change.
