.We are currently hiring a Digital Marketing Manager with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness.
Main Responsibilities: Creating and leading a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan using all the main digital channels (SEO, SEA, CRM).
Managing budgets across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient ROAS.
Managing external suppliers/vendors who will work with the team to guarantee the strategy's effectiveness.
Developing and leading a team of digital marketing specialists and guaranteeing the growth of their hard skills.
Working with the main stakeholders of the team (such as Tech team, product team) in order to deliver projects that have dependencies to be completed.
Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & owned media channels.
Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
Implementing marketing automation and lead generation strategies.
Working closely with management to share KPI trends, business results, and funnel conversion improvement ideas.
Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies.
Maintaining and ensuring good collaboration with peers in other Group Operations, looking for synergies and sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements and Skills: Degree in marketing or a related field.
3 years proven working experience in digital marketing as a leader of a team.
5 years of proven experience in the insurance industry or in e-commerce.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Strong communication skills towards C-level.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Strong and fluent English.
The team is based in Sevilla.
As we work in a hybrid model, residence in Sevilla is a plus, and if not, flexibility to travel regularly is required.
