Fox Head Europe is recruiting for the position of Sales Representative - Germany South. The FHE Sales Reps are driving the category and dealer business by using their sales skills and building strong relationships based upon product and category expertise to create the Mountainbike and Lifestyle market of tomorrow for Fox Racing.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDESALES MANAGEMENTEstablish Fox as the premier partner within the German South territory by both farming the existing accounts we hold and hunting for representation of our MTB and Lifestyle products in specific and independent dealership doors.Optimize sales and service to Fox MTB/LFS accounts through relentless outbound selling, driving revenue growth and maximizing profits for Fox and the dealer.Maximize sales of all Fox products with a persistent pursuit to achieving sales goals with assigned geographies.Reporting on opportunities, potential issues and support needed as well as work with the manager to solve those.Develop selling skills via communication with accounts, product teams and sales management.Actively participate in sales meetings and give feedback to your reporting Manager.DEALER MANAGEMENTAct as a liaison to customers on relevant Fox initiatives, collaboratively develop capabilities, and enhance Fox retail partner connection to the consumer.Increase sell-in and sell-through by working to prepare, plan and deliver a clear comprehensive merchandising presentation on a seasonal basis.Execute seasonal mailers with initiatives, catalogues, order timelines and in-season opportunities as well as staff training and product testing sessions.Clearly identify and pursue shop-in-shop and custom shop opportunities in assigned account base and work with trade marketing and dealer on merchandising flow, replenishment and visual merchandising of SiS/CS space.Regular account visits contact accounts to drive revenue and adoption of current selling campaigns and identify opportunities for dealer sales support and key dealer events.MARKET MANAGEMENTBe the Fox representative in assigned territory and actively attend races and events.Understand account competitors and marketplace; utilize assessment, knowledge, and a brand management focus to adjust and drive sales through accounts.Learn and stay curious on product and product trend changes within all divisions at Fox and identify product opportunities for accounts based on inventory and regional needs.Establish and maintain timely, consistent, responsive external and internal relationships.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE3 years of relevant experience as a Sales Representative, in store or industry.Experience delivering a high level of customer service and presentations.Experience of dealing with different dealerships and stores.Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.Full driving license.PERSONAL COMPETENCIESDemonstrated ability to negotiate and influence outcomes.Results oriented and target driven.Strong communication skills and ability to interface at all levels.Ability to communicate at all levels, from the showroom floor to the boardroom table.Ability to work across a wide range of business partners on different projects.Ability to understand business issues and to suggest creative and innovative solutions.Proficiency working towards tight deadlines.Ability to handle multiple projects and work in an autonomous way.Ability to understand and use financial data to make decisions and influence outcomes.PREFERRED EXPERIENCEExperience in retail, Inside Sales/Customer Service or Field Sales.Action Sports industry experience and familiarity with its trends and market place.JOIN USFox Head Europe is a fast growing company that continues to push limits, defy boundaries and pursue continuous innovation.
