By partnering with forward-thinking corporations, we're jointly paving the way for the future of the AgriFoodTech industry on a global scale.15 Government programs: our engagement with transformative public initiatives is setting the stage for pioneering, future-ready food systems that promise sustainability and resilience.€30M AgriFoodTech fund: the catalyst for seed Stage and Series A AgriFoodTech startups that are ready to revolutionize the way we nourish ourselves and our planet.Tasks: Manage, implement, and oversee the execution of projects both economically and technically, ensuring quality, objectives, and proposed results are met within the established deadlines.Manage or resolve potential risks or issues that may impact project execution, such as delays or iterations of the work plan.Prepare commercial proposals for potential clients.Coordinate, support, and motivate project members or collaborators.Work closely with various departments to design and develop new work proposals at both national and international levels.Contribute to the definition of project success metrics and ensure the measurement and monitoring of KPIs.Prepare performance reports for projects and their teams.Supervise the portfolio, budget, cost forecasts, and billing, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Draft reports, presentations, or documents required for project deliverables or accountability.Collaborate in the analysis and definition of technical solutions and information system architecture required for projects, including the development of tools for KPI measurement and control.Participate in events or working groups assigned by management, representing the department or company.Provide support or assistance to other related areas.Propose improvements to optimize the execution of projects and work plans.Present the project portfolio to potential external stakeholders, whether collaborators or evaluation bodies.Support other projects managed by Eatable Adventures in the areas of Global Operations and Strategic Innovation.Identify new growth opportunities for Eatable Adventures.Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or similar.Specific training in program management, operations.Advanced English level (at least C1) for regular use.MBA and/or Master's in Strategy and/or Innovation is desirable.Knowledge of agile methodologies is desirable.Experience: At least 3 years of demonstrable project management experience.Proven cases of using strategic design and product design methodologies within an innovation program.Experience in building strong relationships and collaborations with other organizations.Experience managing cross-functional teams with a focus on efficiency and operational effectiveness.Skills and Competencies: Organizational and planning skills.Ability to work in a team.Proactive and empathetic attitude.Analytical skills and immediate responsiveness.Active, assertive, and transparent communication.Interest in continuous learning and acquiring new knowledge.Benefits: Indefinite contract.Fixed salary and an attractive variable salary plan based on objectives.Hybrid work model, allowing for remote work on certain workdays.Opportunities for professional growth.
