Tasks in the role:Manage inbound marketing and lifecycle communications for various products in the Innovation Hub UnitManage, optimize, and measure performance throughout the product funnel and user journey from activation to conversion & retentionIdeate and execute new user journey experiments and A/B tests for conversion optimization together with product teamsDevelop cross-functional partnerships across Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Brand Marketing, and other key teamsDrive competitive analysis and marketing research. Create customer personas that represent our target customer's characteristics, behaviors, and needs, and so influence and guide messaging and positioning effortsLead user interviews and translate user feedback into product and marketing improvementsWho we are looking for:Product marketing manager with 3-5 years of experience in product-driven SaaS companiesProven track record in successful growth product projectsExcellent project management skillsCross-collaboration & Sales enablement experienceData-drivenExceptional attention to detailA smart relationship-builderExcellent EnglishA bit about the team:What is Innovation Hub? It is a space in our company where we try new hypotheses, work on new ideas, conduct research, and grow potentially successful products. There are several teams in the Innovation Hub now, each with their own focus, niche, idea for a product (for example, some projects focus on content marketing, some on the SMM, and so on).
