What You'll Do: As Criteo continues to scale and explore new areas of growth, we are seeking someone with strong business acumen and strong analytical skills to take on the CRO Sales Strategy Partner role, as part of the Global Sales Strategy team. This is a full-time position, based in the US. Working hand-in-hand with CS Leadership Team, Sales Strategy and Strategic Finance Team, you will act as a trusted advisor, driving Business Planning and Strategy: including business partnering, quarterly & annual forecasting review, growth opportunity sizing, growth-driving insights, segmentation and productivity.
You will help coordinate all Sales Strategy & Operations efforts for this revenue stream and build strong business partnering relationships beyond our team.
Possess strong business acumen, a solid understanding of business planning, ideally with previous experience in advertising technology, e-commerce or enterprise software.Be highly data driven, intellectually curious, a fast learner, and able to move quickly while keeping focused on high impact projects with limited direction and supervision.Thrive at building long-lasting trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. What You'll Do:
Own the business performance for your scope, putting yourself in the CRO & CS Leadership shoes on in-Q and outlook revenue trends.Align with Strat Finance on Annual Planning and Quarterly Business Planning processes and speak via one voice.Assess, Review and challenge business plans in line with the company strategy connecting market opportunity, platform & product understanding.Understand pipeline dynamics against the opportunity & AOP.Drive Segmentation Principles reviews, its impacts and its implementation with the goal of helping Criteo to sustain growth efficiently.Perform advanced analyses, often under tight deadlines, in order to drive recommendations and support CS ability to hit the AOP Target.Develop detailed presentations and convey information to senior level staff across multiple functions.Develop strong project management skills to support Criteo's growth and organizational changes. Who You Are:
4-5 years of work experience in Sales Strategy/Data Analytics or Consulting/Financial planning with increasing responsibilities.Strong presentation skills and Business Acumen required.Demonstrated track record of cross-functional work and business partnering.Ability to maintain strong relationships to foster effective collaboration with stakeholders.Ability to translate data into business insights & recommendations.Analytical, highly motivated individual with an impeccable work ethic.Ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Skills/Expertise essential.Considered as a +: a good grasp of statistical modelling.Experience in SQL, Python and Tableau.
