.We are looking for a Sales Executive for the US market to join our multidisciplinary science and engineering start-up.
QMENTA has developed an advanced solution for medical imaging data aggregation, standardization, and advanced quantitative AI processing.
The system is used in Research, Clinical Trials (Pharma & Biotech), and Clinical Care (Patient Treatment) worldwide.
We are a fast-growing startup.
We have extensive expertise and experience in working with medical image management and analysis for CNS diseases, as well as other parts of the body.
We work with some of the largest Pharma companies in the world, are partners of some of the largest CROs,but also work with small startups and Bio-pharma companies that all have one thing in common: They need to have their trial run perfectly.
With locations in the US and Europe, QMENTA offers an international and multicultural work environment with more than 16 nationalities across all locations.WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a sales professional with QMENTA, you will be the representative of QMENTA in the US market, serve as the primary account management contact, responsible for ensuring that the assigned territory meets or exceeds sales objectives:Achieve revenue goal.Educate customers on the merits and proper usage of company products and services by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.G., slides, transparencies, manuals) to keep all customers abreast of the latest product, therapy, and technology developments and current items of interest in the industry.Qualify, build, and manage a sales pipeline through the CRM system to qualify leads, proactive prospecting, networking, and online social channels including LinkedIn and other platforms.Drive identified opportunities to closure with relevant market commercial teams.Rapidly build relationships and credibility with account communities and customers.Demonstrate outstanding strategic selling skills and lead execution of outcomes selling strategies: Provocation, positioning our Point of View, Qualification, Advising, and aligning customers, negotiation, and contingency planning - working closely with the account communities.Proactively participate in company initiatives depending on organizational needs and as directed by management.Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCERequired5+ years of relevant sales experience in the pharma, bio-medicine, healthcare industry in the US market.Strong network in the clinical trials field, preferably with imaging experience.Proven track record of closing large, complex, strategic deals.Native English speaker.Strong phone and computer skills with the ability to clearly articulate QMENTA's value proposition and services during a business call
