With our presence in 30 countries and 140 locations worldwide, we boost competitiveness within all of the major industrial sectors: automotive, aerospace, energy, rail, naval, and life sciences.Job Description Engineering customer interface, mostly for the European market.Project Engineering budget, forecast, and expense control (resources, expenses, and CAPEX).Organizing and leading engineering teams worldwide (HW, SW, Systems, Electromech., Safety, Cybersecurity, Testing) according to development needs, assuring engineering deliverables and execution.Leading and following up engineering meetings, internally (Lear) and externally (Customer).Leading, controlling, and executing the Engineering Open issues list.Leading design to cost.Leading BOM and having visibility over component costs to support achievement of product competitiveness targets / CTO roadmaps / material cost / MTS.Leading technical evaluation of product changes (ECR, PCR, DFC, eTracker).Managing engineering risk that could affect project milestones.Development and Implementation of Dashboards including KPIs, control charts per project.Qualifications 2-3 years of experience leading engineering groups in Automotive.Fluent in English.Responsible.Good communicator.Customer focused.Results-driven engineer.Availability to work under pressure.German will be valued.Additional Information Possibility to travel in Europe 6 times per year, 2-3 days each.
