JOB DESCRIPTION: English and French required As Client Services Officer: Evaluate and manage customer claims.Coordinate the direct billing process with international providers.Handle a portfolio of clients with expatriates stationed worldwide.Regulate health care costs for policyholders and third parties.Process e-claims and invoicing.REQUIRED PROFILE: Previous experience in the insurance or medical sector is an asset, and in an international environment.Good communication and teamwork skills.Service oriented.Excellent attention to detail.English and French required.Henner is an international and independent group that develops and manages innovative personal insurance solutions for individuals, professionals, and companies.
