We are looking for an Omnichannel Project Manager who will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure the success of LOEWE's Omnichannel Strategy. This role involves managing projects, monitoring activities, and defining business requirements for new initiatives.Your role will be:Project ManagementDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.Develop detailed project schedules and work plans for all stakeholders.Monitor and track progress through action plans and updates.Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and risks effectively.Provide regular updates and communicate progress on the project roadmap.Activity MonitoringFollow up on operations, including creating user stories and refining backlogs.Address and resolve operational pain points with stakeholders.Measure project performance using KPIs and assess product outcomes.Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities and specifications.Business Requirements for New Projects and InitiativesAssist in defining business requirements with all relevant stakeholders.Manage relationships with internal and third-party teams.Monitor development progress and test new functionalities.Ensure quality and successful implementation of new solutions.Oversee project launches in collaboration with principal stakeholders.About us:Created in Spain in 1846, LOEWE approaches over 175 years as one of the world's major luxury houses.
