Responsibilities: Personnel Administration: Responsible for Personnel Administration to all SWE BU countries covering the entire employee life cycle (Hiring's, terminations LOA's, transfers, position changes, labour inspectorates, Expats/Inpats, etc). HR Policies Maintenance: This role is responsible to keep up-dated all Personal Administration policies in partnership with Total Rewards. HR Processes Efficiency: Responsible to ensure the correct and efficient design of the HR processes adapting the different company policies affected by the new processes, and ensuring high quality service ensuring the right communication to the different departments and the legal pieces within the process. HR Systems / HR Project Manager: (co)responsible for the implementation, correct functioning, and maintenance of the HR Systems within SWE Countries in coordination with the HR Ops Systems and local IT Team. Go-live management of new releases, systems, providing advice, guidance, and training to all HR function. Liaise with Sector and Global HR Ops: Driving and delivering projects that enhance the employee experience & deliver process efficiency. GCS - Leading: a) Act as a Process Owner and Subject Master Expert for HR for the different elements of the Pepsico compliance framework and key controls. b) Support Corporate Audit, internal systems and processes as well as service provider audits, ensuring compliance to global and local regulations and guidelines. c) GDPR Champion. Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration or alike. Background in Personnel Administration or different HR areas. 7-8 years' experience. Business level proficiency in English. Self-starter, thinking & analytical skills, priority setting, drive for results, and integrity. Experience of driving improvements in processes and service delivery, with track record of implementing and sustaining improvements. Broad understanding of HR activities and how detailed processes link to an overarching people strategy. Experience working across different cultures within a Matrix structure. Ability to travel.
