Incident Management to manage the services.Be end-to-end responsible for projects and services.Ensure critical applications are designed and optimized for high availability and disaster recovery.Act as Subject Matter Expert to the organization for cloud end-to-end architecture including edge computing, networking, provisioning and management.Maximize business value by managing cloud infrastructure costs and optimizing spend.Responsible for development and continuous improvement of service requests, incident management, customer satisfaction (CSAT) and collaborating with service providers.What You Bring:VMWare knowledge and license know-how.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or closely related subject.5 or more years experience in running data center services, designing and operating hybrid cloud environments, and secure on-premise infrastructure for managed filespace, servers and platforms.Demonstrated knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation features (VPCs, projects, firewalls, orchestration, elastic scalability, inter-cloud connectivity, security, HA/ DR, etc.
).Knowledge and experience with server hardware, storage, data networks, and data center hosting including facilities infrastructure (UPS, electricity, cooling, space, racks, etc.
