We are looking for a Product & Experience Researcher to support the product and experience management functions within the group and work on ad hoc strategic projects which involve cross-departmental collaboration.
Your role is key when providing solid fundamentals for decision-making to maximize the value of the portfolio and promote long-term growth for the group.
You will be based at our office in Barcelona and potentially travel to other locations in Europe or our HQ offices in Amsterdam.You will report to the Head of Experience Development & Innovation while working closely together with other departments, notably the Finance team and Real Estate.

What You'll Do Inside the COCO Team, The Digital Hub team has been created to break down silos and to bring closer digital functions to key The Social Hub Commercial business areas.
The digital strategy and projects plan will support performance objectives, best-in-class innovative experience, locally empowered operations, and an ever-growing TSH community.
Your main tasks will be: City overview, brand trends, and business opportunities on future TSH locations.
Product research and benchmarking of all our experiences.
Develop business cases, that include financial and commercial analyses on potential opportunities for the group with the Commercial, Operations, and Real Estate teams.
Analyze internal and external performance data that provides solid fundamentals for decision making.
Assist with ad hoc market and analysis processes for new hotel openings and product management.
Provide general organizational support (set up meetings with multiple parties, create tools to track ongoing processes, help project-manage ongoing projects)
