The ideal candidate possesses a profound grasp of IT systems and demonstrates mastery in critical tools such as Okta Admin, Active Directory/Exchange 365, Google Workspace, Powershell, SCCM/Jamf/AirWatch, Horizon VDI, and Atlassian (Confluence/Jira). As a pivotal team member, you will be crucial in optimizing operational processes and addressing support escalations.Responsibilities:Lead Technical Operations: Ensure seamless technical operations through your expertise.
