- J27 is looking for a dynamic, autonomous, and well-organized Account Manager for the Hub Delivery program.
This role involves managing a pool of local stores and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders (e.g., DS Ops, CO, SnOP).
This is an opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing environment focused on improving delivery experiences for customers in urban and rural areas of Spain.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with Hub Delivery store owners and cultivate trust among community leaders.Provide lifecycle management and operational support for on-boarded stores.Support daily operations management, including performance monitoring, leading meetings, and assigning job duties.Analyze metrics to identify root causes and drive improvements.Develop practical solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality.Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences.Support the rollout and implementation of new systems/processes and gather feedback.Ensure supervisors have the necessary tools to perform their jobs and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.Communicate daily metrics and manage escalations.Work closely with Operations and CO teams to ensure regular communication.Willingness to travel to visit Hub Delivery Stores/Delivery Stations (frequency will vary).Willingness to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including weekends.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSA degree.Relevant experience in logistics.Experience in analyzing data to measure/optimize performance with attention to accuracy and detail.Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.Advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English.Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership.Experience meeting deadlines, managing multiple priorities, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.Experience in connecting with partners and building relationships.Experience in managing people.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in identifying problems and building scalable processes to address them.Company: Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U.
