A high level of communication and collaboration across functions and regions is key to succeed in this role - ultimately this role will support EMEA and North American region, therefore worktime flexibility is required.General Tasks:Provide first-line support for issues relating to Salesforce.Com and integrated systems - connect with IT specialists where required to drive issue resolution.Handle ad hoc report & dashboard requests.Coordinate and execute ongoing data maintenance and clean-up activities.Run UAT for any new features / bug fixes, preparing and conducting end-user training.Support EMEA and NA region to implement the new webshop with UAT / Training and data cleanup activities.Contribute to adoption by improving the user experience through standardization, documentation, training and ongoing usability improvement initiatives.Supervise and automate activities related to on/offboarding and maintenance of customer accounts.Run constant clean-up and maintenance activities, connecting with responsible teams to ensure product data availability for introducing new products or marketing for aligning on special campaigns.Generate E-Commerce KPIs and analytics to identify opportunities and improvement areas.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a similar field.Good knowledge and experience in Salesforce.Com is required, ideally experience with SAP - SD/OTC.Enjoy troubleshooting and problem-solving analytically.Good data analysis skills.Creative Mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs.A motivated self-starter who thrives on prioritization and follow-through.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Axalta operates its business in two segments: Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, which serve four end markets, including Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
