The REDEN Group, present in 9 countries in Europe and Latin America, currently operates more than 1 Gw worldwide and expects to grow more than 10-fold by 2030.Post: What would be your role in the REDEN project?As an Energy Storage Project Development Manager, you will report to the Head of Energy Storage and your main mission will be to develop utility-scale battery storage projects (BESS), both hybridized and standalone BESS until Ready-to-Build milestone.Your main responsibilities will be:1. To develop utility-scale battery storage projects until Ready-to-Build milestone including the management of the collaboration with external development entities (25% of your time).2. To ensure follow-up of the stakeholders of the project like grid operators, local authorities, landowners and the wider public as part of the project development process (20% of your time).3. To conduct high-level site analysis and support in the due diligence processes of projects and to actively participate in projects portfolio acquisition (20% of your time).4. To follow-up regularly the regulatory changes and market reforms concerning battery storage in Spain (15% of your time).5. To cultivate the interface with external partners, REDEN Iberia and REDEN Group support functions (10% of your time).6. To own and prepare all relevant documents within REDEN group and external stakeholders (10% of your time).This position requires national and international business trips (30-40% of your time).Profile:Who are you?You have a Master degree in engineering, environmental science or urbanism, and at least 5 years of experience in developing renewables projects in Spain, or at least 2 years in developing BESS projects, ideally focused on permitting and grid applications
