The HR Director is responsible for designing and implementing the Spanish HR strategy (aligned with the business roadmap, the GM & Global HR).
You are a trusted adviser, and you always have in mind the continuous improvement of the HR policies and processes.
You will be directly responsible for business partnership and coaching to people managers, social relations, HR compliance, and HR development and projects,while keeping in mind team motivation and wellbeing.
This position reports to the GM and has a dotted line to the Regional HR Director.
How you will create a beautiful impact HR Business Partner Design the HR strategy in strong partnership with the GM & Global HR.
Adaption and implementation of Global HR processes and projects in the local affiliate.
People and Organization Challenge the local management and drive the anticipation of the global strategy and HR Roadmap in Spain.
Provide HR support and guidance to the local Management for all HR related topics with a special focus on team development.
Advise and accompany managers on all HR matters (performance and disciplinary issues, legislation, dismissals).
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
Keep in mind team motivation and wellbeing while performing these duties.
HR Projects Pilot the training plan and talent management.
Manage or supervise all HR projects locally while ensuring employees and managers are equipped (EYR, IDP, Objectives setting, salary & bonus review).
Responsible for ensuring a smooth running of the employee cycle: hirings, payroll, leavings, risk & prevention, working calendars & admin.
Responsible for all HR related topics during forecasts & budget process.
Ensure all data is reliable and updated.
Responsible for providing Data Quality and accurate reports to Finance and HR Global teams.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Collaborate closely with the management team to anticipate changes and replacement needs.
Talent sourcing: directly or with recruitment agencies.
Implement the EVP strategy in Spain.
Legal & Work Council Relations Define and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Ensure the company complies with all its labour and social laws obligations.
Ensure a legal watch with external lawyer support when needed.
Launch local policies to anticipate and provide answers to local needs.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, policies, and regulations.
Prepare, participate and follow-up on Work Council's meetings.
Be the contact person for staff representatives.
Prepare and conduct negotiations as per the social agenda.
General Services/ Office Management Responsible for all topics related to General Services of the Spanish Affiliate.
Ensure a correct implementation of the joint office project and a good experience at work for La Prairie's employees.
