In this role, the Program Manager will build engaging experiences for new campus hires across the globe. This role requires strong communication skills (verbal and written), experience influencing stakeholders across teams and disciplines, and a data-driven approach to program management.A Day in the Life:Every day, the Program Manager will work backwards from customer experiences and anecdotes to build a best-in-class experience for every campus new hire. This role includes support across the lifecycle of the employee's first year at Amazon - including driving positive onboarding experiences, creating engaging events and opportunities for employees to learn about Amazon and grow their career at Amazon, supporting campus new hire managers, and ensuring successful development.
