About the Role: As a QA engineer, you will work in a team of bright and motivated individuals to drive the growth and performance of the Fundcraft brand.
We have an agile, quality-oriented development methodology with two-week sprints, continuous delivery, code reviews, and automated e2e testing among many other best practices.
Our Tech Stack: Frontend: ReactJS and Redux Backend: Python 3.9, Django, and FastAPI for microservices Testing: pytest for Unit and Integration tests, Cypress.Io for end-to-end browser automation Data Science: pandas, numpy, jupyter, scipy, scikit-learn Open Source Engines: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, OpenSearch, and RabbitMQ Infrastructure: Terraform for IaC, Github Actions for CI/CD Cloud Service Providers: High-availability on AWS, GCP for contingency Cloud Managed Services: Fargate, S3, Aurora, Lambda, and many others Tools: vsCode, Github, Sentry, Datadog, SonarCloud, Jira, Slack, Confluence, Miro, DBeaver, Postman, and many others What You Can Expect to Do in the Role: Key Responsibilities: Test and ensure that high quality products are released to customers Define and execute test strategies based on business requirements Write clear and concise test plans, test cases, and bug reports Perform and document manual testing of new features and fixes during the development lifecycle Actively participate in backlog grooming, planning, and delivery activities Work closely with product owners to define Acceptance Criteria Ensure that the features developed during the Sprint meet the expectations Maintain, expand, and update the test suites, and advocate for them Collaborate with the business teams located in Luxembourg Be up to date with the latest changes in your industry's standards Must-Have Experience / Qualifications: Interest in delivering high quality and tested software on-time - no experience required Spanish: fluent level (written and spoken) English: fluent level (written and spoken) Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Agile methodologies Knowledge of how browsers work - dev tools, cookies, local storage, incognito, etc.
